Statement of Diversity

PRIDE Philanthropy contracts with RISE Consulting, based in Chicago, IL, whose mission is to cultivate empathy and foster new understandings of inclusion and cultural competence by providing personalized training sessions and materials. RISE presents both virtually and in-person at various PRIDE conferences to keep our firm current on best practices for cultural diversity and inclusion not only with our clients, but our own executive staff. Our entire team has also undergone interactive cultural diversity and inclusion training, and all our materials, website, and promotional content has been reviewed in detail by RISE Consulting and have been updated to exceed best practices for cultural diversity and inclusion. PRIDE believes firmly in the practice of equity in the workplace, regardless of race, age, gender identification, sexual orientation, religious affiliation, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, language, and geographic area.
