Welcome to PDI 2025
Learn to play the game of fundraising with an unfair advantage! Like any game, the winners in fundraising are usually the ones who are the best prepared, and the PRIDE Development Institute (PDI) will do exactly that. Join us at our annual conference designed for development professionals, nonprofit board members, volunteers, and nonprofit leadership that will give you the strategies and skillsets necessary to give you the edge you need. If you’re going to play the game of fundraising, you might as well win.

Lodging Information
Kiawah is a popular destination, so we encourage you to book accommodations as soon as possible to secure your room. Reservations may be arranged by telephone by calling 800.654.2924 or the group booking link. When calling, please reference the PRIDE Development Institute, or the group booking number of 22836 when calling. Calls will be returned within 72 hours in the order received.
Group rates will be available two days before and after the event dates, based on availability. We have reserved a limited number of one bedroom villas over our event dates but should you be interested in different accommodations, Kiawah offers villas ranging from 1-4 bedrooms, private homes and accommodations at The Sanctuary Hotel. If you would like to book accommodations other than a one bedroom scenic view villa, you will receive a 10% discount off the published online rate when referencing the group name and booking number.
Deadline for making reservations is August 28, 2025, or until the room block is fully committed. Reservations received after this date will only be filled on a space-and-rate available basis.
The Resort does anticipate high occupancy levels over our event dates, so we recommend making reservations for golf, dining and bicycles well in advance.
